Clouds: start with the oceans, the air will follow

Why do people in the political world support the worst possible ways to fix problems?

Barrack Obama says that they will support clouds but shooting things in the air. Things that could cause cancers and harm in the future.

What makes clouds? Water.
Where do clouds form? In the oceans.
What in the oceans creates the clouds? Sea Algae in the oceans produce a sulfuric compound which promotes the formation of clouds.
Algae also evaporates water during the heating through photosynthesis.
How can we increase the vapor output from algae to produce more clouds? There was a marine biologist that claimed that the sea algae is lacking a diet of iron to reproduce. By sending out a tanker of iron solution and spraying in the low algae areas you could double the amount of algae thus doubling the amount of photosynthesis, therefore producing more clouds in the atmosphere.
Algae absorbs the most CO2 in a year than anything on the planet. Why do they want CO2 farms? Use nature dumbies. Buy doubling the seas algae you are absorbing potiential is astronomical! The oceans cover 75% of the planet! All in which have algae! Go Organic!

Of course the foolish politicians thumbs down the idea because there idiots with agendas and not scientists. There could still be a plan out there to do the right thing and not increase the oceans dead zones but eliminate them.

So if they really want to change the global climate, start with the oceans. The air will follow.
